If you are not satisfied with a piece of work we delivered, you ask for your money back within 14 days and you get it. All of it, without a reason and without a discussion. This applies to every fixed-price engagement in all six practices.

Retainers and monthly programmes
The first month is refundable in full on request within 14 days of its end. After that the notice period in the rate card applies, currently 30 days after a three-month minimum term.
Every practice, every sub-service
Strategy, marketing, software, AI and digital transformation, finance, and talent. The 34 published from-prices all carry the guarantee.
Not covered: money we passed on for you
Costs paid to third parties on your behalf are excluded: media budgets, software licences, job-board fees, hosting, and specialist invoices agreed with you in writing. They are shown separately on every quote.
How to claim
Three steps, no forms
1 · Write to us
An email to phillip@hamnettenterprises.com within 14 days of the delivery date on the invoice is enough. You do not have to explain why.
2 · We confirm within two working days
You receive a written confirmation and a credit note against the invoice.
3 · The money is back within 14 days
The refund goes by bank transfer to the account the payment came from, within 14 days of your request.

A guarantee we expect never to pay out
We quote a fixed price for a defined scope before any work starts, so you know what you are buying. We run our own companies on the same systems and methods we sell, so the work has been tested on our own money first. And our production costs are hours, not a team, which means one refund does not endanger the firm. The guarantee is there so that the risk of a first engagement sits with us and not with you.
Questions about the guarantee
Do I have to give a reason?
No. A request within the 14 days is enough. We will ask what went wrong, because we want to know, but the refund does not depend on the answer.
Can I keep the work?
Yes. Whatever we delivered stays with you, including files, source code, and documents. We ask only that it is not presented as our reference work afterwards.
What counts as the delivery date?
The date on the final invoice for the engagement, or for a milestone-based project the date of the last milestone invoice. For a monthly programme the 14 days start at the end of the first month.
Does the guarantee apply to board mandates and advisory retainers?
Yes, as a monthly retainer: the first month is refundable in full. Board seats compensated annually carry the same first-month rule applied to the first twelfth of the annual retainer.
Who gives the guarantee?
The company that signs your engagement letter and issues your invoice. For most engagements that is Hamnett Enterprises GmbH. The German wording of this page is the authoritative one.
