Situation

Two months after launch the site had two blog posts, no tag pages, one English feed, and no way for a search engine or an AI assistant to tell which posts belonged to which service. The content strategy adopted on 25 August 2026 set a target of twelve posts by November and a local-first focus on Frankfurt, Rhein-Main and Hessen. The relaunch had to give those posts a structure that would still hold at thirty.

Approach

We moved the blog to posts-as-code: every post lives as an English and a German markdown file in the repository, a validation step checks the front matter, the tag keys, the description length and the style rules before anything is published, and a command syncs the posts into the site’s serving store. That rail lets one person write, check and publish a bilingual post without touching a content-management screen.

The release itself shipped ten new bilingual posts alongside the two existing ones, on the Frankfurt succession market, financing a company purchase in Hessen, what consulting costs in Germany against 34 published prices, cold email law, trade websites in Rhein-Main, and getting cited by AI answers. Each post carries its sources and retrieval dates, a FAQ section where the topic calls for one, and an author block.

Around the posts we added a registry of 13 tags with landing pages in both languages that become indexable only once three posts exist in that language, a German RSS feed with full content, per-post social images, breadcrumb and FAQ markup, related posts by shared tags, related reading on the six service pages, and a Facts section in the site’s llms.txt so that answer engines have dated, sourced statements to quote.

Result

The sitemap grew from 38 to 70 URLs in one release, all of them pages a reader would want to land on rather than filler. Twelve bilingual posts were live on 26 August 2026, ahead of the November target. The measurement rail for the programme, a monthly SEO register with Position Tracking, Search Console and a 20-prompt AI-citation panel, started on the same day, so the first month has a baseline row rather than a guess.

The relaunch was a structural change, and the register says so: rankings are a result of the months that follow, and the row for August records zero of them.
